BBQ

Saturday Afternoon Becky and I checked out THE BIG PIG GIG. A lot of BBQ and other good foods. Thought we share some of the smell and taste of the Day. If you put your noise up real close to the screen you can smell the food and if you touch the screen and lick your finger you will be able to taste all that great BBQ. Wasn't that GOOD.

Getting a sample of BBQ. There are teams from all over the US that come to compete for best BBQ.

Checking out the facilities. Our Company Makes these. Look for the HAMPEL name inside that's us. Step in you will be glad you did and if you don't. Will don't call us if you have a #*^!#.

Fire ladder truck, set up to be a BBQ grill. Put the food in on one end and comes out the other end. Also we had some roasted corn on the cob.

Decorated plaster pigs.
See IF ya'll would come and see us you could do all these fun things with us.
Oh by the way you got some BBQ sauce on you nose.

Indianola,Utah

This is the house our family lived in. It was 2 bedrooms and one bath.(no shower) there was a cellar and we would make home made root beer and sit down there and drink it in the cool room. There was a lot of cool memories and some hard times there.
This is the new chapel for the member in the area. They had been going to Fairview to church. They now have a build that could handle 3 wards. Dad and I went there for church today. When we lived there 40 years ago their was about 60 people in the area. Now there are home all through the valley and up into the mountains. There was about 180 in the meeting. There are also member in the Millburn area that come to this chapel
In 1883 this was the building used for the members and was used until 1920. When we lived in Indianola we used the building for store grain in for the farm. over the past few years the building has fallen apart. There are only this much standing today.

My Name

From Teresa's site I looked up my name.

What Lewis Means
You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.
You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.
Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.
You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.
You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.
At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible.
But for the important things, you pull it together.
You are very charming... dangerously so. You have the potential to break a lot of hearts.
You know how what you want, how to get it, and that you will get it.
You have the power to rule the world.
Let's hope you're a benevolent dictator!
You tend to be pretty tightly wound.
It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.
You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly.
You don't stick with any one thing for very long.
You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time.
Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.
You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong.
You have the whole world under your spell, and you can influence almost everyone you know.
You don't always resist your urges to crush the weak.
Just remember, they don't have as much going for them as you do.
