Was in California this week for the Tulare Farm Show. This was our booth. It rained off and on the whole time we where there. I also took some time to see family as will.

Missionary's and Friends

We had the missionary's over for dinner last Friday night. Also we had the Curren's also, this is a family the missionary's are working with. We had a great evening. Elder Stewart ( far left) is from Gunnison, Utah. He is the Grand son of Dr. Stewart there is Gunnision. He is going home soon, he will be missed he has been a great example in our ward. It's been fun talking about people I know in his home town. We also had a great meal.

Mom was not as friendly

Visited a gator farm south of Orlando this week. They get eggs from private and public lands. They also have their own female gators. The avg female gator will lay 27-30 eggs. This farm raises for meat and hides.They sell to local markets and the hides go to TX to thier plant for boots, purses,wallets...etc. They have over 20,000 gators here at a time.

We also visit some Dairy's in the area. We visited one of the larger cow\calf operations (Williams Cattle Company). They also feed the group dinner. We had prim rib and all the fixins. They also served Gator. I have had Gator before and find it to be very good. Their where a few in our group that could not bring themselves to try it.

I was in Orlando for a Managers Academy program. The program was very good.

I guess you can't come to Utah without get a little snow. We got about 4 inches last night. Having a great visit with my Dad and Martel and his family. If you go on Martel's site on the right hand side and open the video you can see the fun that have in the snow.

Christmas In Florida

This year we made a fast trip to Panama,City Florida to spend Christmas with Becky's family.This is the first time in 15 years that the whole family was home for Christmas. Becky and I did not tell them we where coming and showed up Christmas eve. Becky's parents where very surprise as was her Brother and Sister's. We had a very nice visit and spent the time there visiting and playing a few board games. We did not get out and see much else. On Sunday we visited the ward building where I had been Bishop and visited with old friends. Becky's Family

Christmas morning I cooked breakfast for all. We had a house full. I would say around 30 mouths to feed.
